siguiendo la estela de 'canary island' de Redbeeds, Calypso Hum (el sello de Carter Mullin) nos regala dos delicatessen que tienen mucho que ver entre sí y que me encantaría que no pasasen desapercibidas. pequeñas variaciones sobre un esquema de guitarras minimalistas y teclados de algodón que avanzan a menos de dos kilómetros por hora y que parecen haber sido compuestas en mitad de un desierto. los dos transmiten esa agradable sensación de bienestar flotante, el de Fallen Axe con un entrañable punto marciano que a veces me recuerda a las distorsiones de Ulaan Khol, y el de So. Lung más suave y pastoral. algo así como un encuentro imaginario entre Bruce Langhorne, Eternal Dreamer, Golden Pawn, Softlight Reveries y Waterside Gala.
